Where we ship
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Metro cities usually receive parcels in 3–5 business days.
- Other locations typically take 5–8 business days.
- Bulk and return-gift orders are quoted separately, and we confirm the timeline with you in writing before dispatch.
Festive periods, weather and courier delays can extend these estimates. Sundays and public holidays are not business days.
Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping threshold that applies is displayed on the product page and at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address and phone number. If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we can re-ship it once the return reaches us; re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, email admin@tinkercubs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the contents, and we will make it right.
